    Thank you! Hertz lied to us and my son was not able to get a car like we were told. Even though you didn't have a car available you were so kind and went over and talked to AVIS and got them to rent him one. You have cemented your company in our hearts. We will always try you first. Thank you so much for your kindness. I was so worried my son would be stranded in Colorado.
